Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sessions (60-min / 30-min)

• Cancel with at least 2 business days' notice → full refund.
• Cancellations within 2 business days of the session, or no-shows → non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you.
• To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email.

Quality commitment

If a genuine problem occurs on our end, contact us at hello@askmichaelpaul.com and we will make it right — often with a proactive refund. Refunds are based on cancellation timing, not on whether you agreed with or liked the insights shared (see "No guaranteed outcomes" in our Disclaimer).

Memberships (The Clarity Circle / Skool)

Monthly membership is billed in advance and is non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Coaching subscriptions

Billed monthly in advance and non-refundable for the current period. Cancel anytime to stop future billing.
