By booking a session, you agree to the policies below.

Scope of services

All sessions, calls, guides, and content from Michael Paul / AskMichaelPaul are spiritual insight and personal guidance for personal insight and reflection only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. I cannot guarantee a specific loved one will come through.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase a session. Minors may participate as recipients only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Rescheduling

24 hours' notice is required to reschedule. One reschedule is allowed per booking. After that, the session fee is forfeited.

Refunds and no-shows

There are no refunds on completed sessions. No-shows forfeit the full session fee. A 10-minute grace period applies for late arrivals; after that, the session is considered a no-show.

Free Steady Calls

One free Steady Call per person. Please cancel if you cannot attend so the spot can be offered to someone else.
