About Michael

The trumpet, the bottom, and the way back up.

I'm not going to list credentials at you. You're not here for a résumé — you're here because something heavy is sitting on your chest and you want to know if the person on the other side of that screen actually gets it.

I do. Here's why.

When I was four, I heard the sound of the trumpet at four — and it lit me up. Its voice became my voice. And it taught me the thing everything I do still rests on: sound is vibration. So are our feelings. We're all a living vibration, every day, whether we notice or not.

I could see the truth in people from very young — the real thing underneath the words, and the moments someone wasn't living it. When I said so, I was told I was wrong. So I went quiet. I became a watcher. It took me until I was twenty to feel safe enough to speak at all.

But speaking didn't mean I had solid ground. Before I could help anyone climb, I had to go all the way down myself. I'm a recovering alcoholic — seventeen years now. I lived at the very bottom, in the place I call The Deep. And the way out wasn't thinking harder. It was a decision. Any decision — because there's no wrong one. You choose, the universe answers, and you move.

That's the whole of what I teach now, because it's the whole of what saved me.

What I'm not.

I'm not a therapist, and I won't pretend to be. I won't promise the fear vanishes overnight or hand you a script. What I do is meet you exactly where you are — no judgment, no rush — help you feel where you're resonating, and find the one real step up.

What I believe.

You are never disconnected. You are never alone. There is no broken version of you. We are all worthy — at every single rung of the scale.

If you're standing in The Deep right now, you don't have to stand there alone.
