We provide intuitive guidance sessions, community access, and related content for personal insight and reflection, as described in our Session Policies (which is incorporated here by reference).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3. Intellectual property

All content, methods, names (including "The Signal," "AskMichael," and "The Frequency Scale"), text, video, and materials are owned by Michael Paul and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

4. Personal use only

The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, resell, or repurpose session content without written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Paul's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Services are provided "as is."

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
